Full-service and co-hosting: commission incl. VAT on what the platform pays you (after its fees), excluding cleaning and tourist tax. No notice period. Full-service: 18% incl. VAT from 6 properties entrusted to us; cleaning billed at the actual time spent, €30 incl. VAT per hour, never a flat rate; listing creation or takeover and organised self check-in included. Pricing details (FR). Mid-term / mobility lease: you sign the lease and receive the rent; letting: priced per property, quoted before you sign; management: 8% incl. VAT of rent collected. Fixed-price packs

Fixed prices incl. VAT. On top, as for any on-site service: travel (€24.90 incl. VAT per hour, journey included), deep cleaning at the actual time spent, purchases and equipment approved by you. Details: our packs (FR).

Do I pay anything now?

No. Nothing is paid on this page. Plans: a commission incl. VAT on what the platform pays you, invoiced monthly (full-service: 18% incl. VAT from 6 properties); mid-term / mobility lease: letting, priced per property and quoted before you sign, then management, 8% incl. VAT of rent collected. One-off services: on quotation, free and with no commitment; fixed-price packs and security you build: the price shown, incl. VAT, confirmed with you on the phone (travel on top).

Am I committed when I send my order?

No. We call you to confirm, then send you the contract. And our plans have no notice period: only bookings already confirmed run to term.

Do I need a visit to start?

No. A video call first, nothing binding; the on-site visit comes when you are ready to sign.

Once agreed, when am I online?

Home ready: photographer (professional photos pack, €199 incl. VAT), then listings online in 2 to 3 days as a rule; the first booking often comes quickly, with no guarantee. Not set up yet: set-up on quotation.

Do I stay in control?

Yes. Your accounts, rent paid to your account, never through us. You keep access to your home and block your dates in Alfred or with a quick call.
